Two functionally different volumes - Interest Education Center as horizontal base and Innovation Centre as vertical accent - are merged together through common public space. Four squares with varied characteristics are created as the main organizing elements. They begin as outdoor area and continue into the building becoming a part of it thus breaking down the borders between outdoor area and indoor space. The building is designed as a part of landscape with multifunctional green roof that serves as continuation of the park.
