Regular grid network and unified spatial system has taken as a basis of building layout configuration, structural scheme and visual appearance creating pure conceptual design that is adaptable to surrounding environment and building regulations, providing optimal sun exposure and exclusive outdoor area, and yet maintaining its overall simplicity. The grid network with dimensions of 1.7 m x 1.7 m is optimal in order to ensure diversity of layout. Combining the units, different kind of apartments can be generated and building volume filled in all kind of variations. The apartments are arranged around a common central core of the building, thus minimizing the area of staircase and corridors.
