Our adaptable home concept provides a solution that balances structure and creativity, offering personalized living spaces while maintaining efficiency in design and construction. The foundation of each home consists of fixed volumes that accommodate essential functions, such as the living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Individuality is introduced through flexible volumes that can be added, removed, or reconfigured based on the client's preferences and site characteristics. These include customizable areas such as the entrance zone, covered terraces, parking spaces, and greenhouses, allowing each home to develop its own unique character.

The linear arrangement of these volumes responds to the natural features of the site, maximizing sunlight exposure and creating a sense of openness by orienting all living spaces toward the South and the central courtyard. Simultaneously, the building’s shape helps to maintain privacy from neighboring plots.

To further enhance the visual appeal and sustainability of the homes, vertical wooden panels with varying plank patterns are used for cladding, aligned with the grid of the structural elements. These panels not only break down the building’s scale but also bring a contemporary aesthetic that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape. The main construction material, straw panels, along with other sustainable building techniques, reinforces our commitment to eco-friendly living.

How can we create homes that can be multiplied on a site yet remain unique, despite sharing a core program?

By blending traditional materials with modern design principles, our project creates an innovative, sustainable, and adaptable living environment tailored to individual needs while honoring ecological values.
