Building proposal includes an innovative approach to form a new living environment. The building is based on a regular grid network, "dividing" the volumes into units with dimensions of 1.75 m x 1.75 m, which is optimal in order to ensure diversity of layout. Combining the units, different kind of apartments can be generated and building volumes filled in all kind of variations. The apartments are arranged around a common central core of the building, thus minimizing the area of staircase and corridors.

Compact building volumes are created with flexible layout that enables to transform small apartments into big, exclusive into economic and vice versa, adapting to changing demand in real estate market.
